SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with LIBAS. We are dedicated to delivering your orders securely and efficiently. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Shipping Destinations & Rates

  • Within Pakistan: We proudly offer free shipping to all destinations across Pakistan.

  • Worldwide Shipping: International shipping will be charged based on the destination, and all orders must be paid in advance.

2. Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

  • Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery to the United States typically takes 3–5 business days.

  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates. While we do our best to meet these timelines, unexpected customs delays or carrier bottlenecks are outside of our control.

3. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package is on its way, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery's progress in real-time.

4. Important Note on Returns

We want you to love your purchase, but if you do need to make a return, please keep our international logistics in mind:

  • Return Window: We offer a 14-day return window from the day you receive your item.

  • Return Location: All accepted returns must be shipped back to our central facility located in Faisalabad, Pakistan.

  • Return Costs: The customer pays for return shipping in the case of a change of mind or an exchange. Because packages are returning internationally, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away at sales@libas.info so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Make sure to film the unboxing.
